This Summer

marked 10 years since Victoria Maloney was first founded and to celebrate we launched our VM Summer Series, taking some of our favourite girls on a trip to beautiful Mallorca.

We packed our bags with rolls of film and boarded a plane to Palma, from there we made our way along the winding roads with steep olive groves on our right and the sea to our left, all the way to Valldemossa….

Our accommodation, an apartment in the centre of the old monastery was adorned with antique furniture, tapestries and lemon trees.

By day we made our way to the local beaches, swam in the sea and explored the hidden coves.

We followed the costal roads and wound up in Cala Deià, nestled in the cliff edge overlooking the sea was Ca’s Patro March, amongst the Sunday hubbub we drank wine and ate fresh fish as we watched the world go by

The afternoons were slow, we visited the local markets, bought vegetables, cheese and figs. Then we sat and watched the sun go down from our walled garden terrace, as we listened to the distant sound of piano from our nearby concert hall.

So long sweet Mallorca, we miss you already
